Security
Josme Foundation Will Secure two Patrol Cars to be placed at our Foundation Office and for Our Police and security agents at Nyamache police Station and Emenwa 7 Suguta police Posts conduct patrols . We shall Via the help of Friends get foru wheel drive patrol cars . Available 24/7 I have been to Nyamache police Station , i witnesseed the struggle a poor mwananchi goes through to secure a police File for any case to be handled . My organization shall put available the files for Bassi central People . Whenever they have an Issue the files will be readily available from our Office upon request. An average cost for a file is 400.00 Shillings . Nobody from Bassi Central who will be having an emergency and they be told to fuel the Security car it will be full loaded with fuel to move when need arises
Clean Water
Josme Foundation in conjunction with Nema will do statistics and Know How many Wells can be drilled in Bassi Central. We will ensure the wells are placed in strategic areas with Solar water pumps with big capacity storage tanks as to such hence water will be propelled by Gravity. We will also make use of Harvest of rain water be helping poor house holds to get good capacity tanks . To ensure clean water, we will install 10,000-liter capacity tanks in every school within the ward, hospital, and Dispensary. Our Schools and Hospitals we Shall ensure a water supply in plenty.
Sanitary Pads
Josme Foundation Is Commitment to Ensuring that the Girl Child Goes to School Every day by provision and Supply of Sanitary pads to Girls Josme Foundation Through the First Lady Emily Sindiga Shall ensure taht every School Going girl has a supply of sanitary pads Every Month. We shall have all the list of school going ladies in Our data base
Food Pantry
Having Travelled to so many nations across the world i have leant alot. In Developed economies i have seen Food pantries being sent up at Social Place , Food stuffs are Collected and stored here and people who are Homeless, Jobless Without Food can go and get help . In Bassi Central Ward Josme will Establish a food Pantry , stocked with various types of Food Stuffs . We Shall Consider the Eldely 60 and above , the Physically Handicapped and challenged to get food supplies as long as Our Pantry is able to contain . The Sick shall be considered too
Boda Boda Project
Josme Foundation will work with the Boda Boda owners and riders to form a Sacco for saving and future investments. The savings can be extended to Members as loans at affordable interest rates and to non-members at Higher rates. Josme shall encourage the Boda Boda Sacco members to Practice Routine Savings. Josme Foundation Will Initiate a Boda Spare Shop that will be run by the Boda Boda Association Employ our own , For extra Income and savings.
Buy A Cow
Josme Foundation will ensure that atleast every home has a High Milk Yielding Cow . milk is a good income generator . Josme Foundation will work to set up a daily farm with sveral milk animals . Josme Foundation will also ensure other farm animals are tamed . For example rabbit meat is 3,000 Per Kg.
Build A Toilet Project
Josme Foundation will ensure a Home has a decent Toilet with a bathroom. Decency and Privacy is Important, especially to the Girl Child .

Josme Foundation will make sure every shopping Centre has Solar powered Security Lights . Every Shopping centre will be Put on Solar Lightining and Main Roads will be Lightened .

Josme Foundation has a heart in Good housing . We shall identify Poor families , the Elderly, Widows and orphans we shall Build atleast a Semi permanent house with a Cemented floor and Walls with Steel and Glass doors and Windows . this is our heart beat We Will identify Cases in each and every Sublocation. Widows , Widowers & Orphans form part of our Society. Due to unfortunate turn of events to have lost their loved ones my organization shall ensure they are part of the Bassi central Family We shall Ensure Shelter , food and Clothing as per our Ability

Good Roads are a stimulator to good transportation hence Mobility of Goods and services . Josme Foundation Will Ensure Drainage and Calafat's installed for longevity of the Roads. Josme Fiundation will ensure all Feeder Roads {Amakaori } are made to standard .
Farming Project
Josme Foundation Believes in Farm Productivity. My organization shall solicite for Funds secure large tracts of land in Maasai land on lease to do Maize and Beans Farming. We intend too to venture into Short term foods cultivation . this will be an income generator to so amny yourths and Bassi central Residents

Josme Foundation has a heart for the Physically challenged. not limited to the mentally Ill, Lame, Deaf, Dumb , Paralyzed and those maimed due to accidents. Josme shall have a special Funds Kitty to address any challenges by our Physically challenged brothers and sisters.

Josme Foundation Understands the Sting of Drug Addiction and Alcoholism. As to such the Josme Foundation will set up a Guidance , Counselling and Rescue Centre to Help , Guide, and Counsel Drug addicts and Alcoholics . We shall put in Place a Counselling center with Qualified guidance Counsellors to offer assistance to those in Need .

Local Production and Challenges: While Kenya produces some wheelchairs locally, the quality can be inconsistent and may not meet the diverse needs of users. Health and Social Implications: Lack of access to wheelchairs can lead to serious health complications like pressure sores and infections, and it can also result in social isolation. SANITARY PADS PROJECT
In Kenya, a significant portion of women and girls face challenges accessing sanitary pads due to affordability and availability, contributing to period poverty.
